The winners of the Pyronale 2011 are:
Gold goes to the team Surex from Poland.
Silver to the team JoHo Pyro from Finnland and
Bronze to Orion Art from Russia.

Already for the 6th time the international elite of pyrotechnicians meet at the Pyronale - Firework - Worldchampionship in the Olympic Stadium in Berlin on the 2. and 3. september 2011. 6 Teams compete in presenting the greatest firework show.
This years guidlines for the obligatory part are:
Colours: silver-violet
Music: Medley from Camille Saint-Saëns: "Fossils" from "The Carnival of the Animals" and
"Johannes Brahms: Hungarian Dance No. 5"
The freestyle part is themed "My Home Country"
